We were asked to attend a domestic Solar panel installation that had been completed three years ago since the install the customer had a conservatory fitted & beyond that a rockery & planting.
The original installation over hanged the gutter so when it snowed the snow came off in one big sheet & landed on to the polycarbonate roof of the conservatory with possible damage.
The track in with our CMC S 15 was difficult there was overhead electrical cables running from the neighbour’s property & from the property to the garage so made working from the drive impossible.
We tracked the CMCS 15 in through the gate then through small adjustments made it through past the garage & conservatory glass windows with a few inches spare, it did take an hour but we managed to get in this just shows how small the CMC S 15 really is.
We completed the job by removing 5 of the solar panels which were installed in a portrait style & then adjusted the framework to accommodate three of the panels being reinstalled in a landscape style, the customer was very happy as the CMC S 15 has non marking tracks fitted so no marks were left on his drive & ground protection boards were used to stop any damage to his grass in the garden as we tracked in & out.
